What is the suggested attire for each event?
- Welcome Reception - Nashville Causal: Boots, blazers and blouses. Break out the boots if you own a pair! This is fun and causal evening.
- Healthcare Summit - Tech Casual: Business causal. Dark denim jeans, and blazers are also encouraged. Leave those ties and panty hose at home!
- CMA Celebration & Viewing Party - Festive: Party/Cocktail Attire and Dress to Impress!
How do I register?

I registered, but haven't received my confirmation email. How do I get this sent to me?
You may email the Manager of Conferences and Events, Sara Moggio, to confirm your registration.
May I bring my spouse or guest to any event?
Yes. However, spouses and guests must register and are only allowed at the evening networking events.
How much does this cost?
The actual Summit & CMA Celebration Events will cost you nothing to attend; however, you are responsible for hotel and travel accommodations. Click here to book at our official event hotel.
Is food included?
Yes, food and drinks will be provided at each event.

How do I book a hotel?

What are my transportation options?
Once you arrive at the downtown Nashville Hilton Hotel, most places are within walking distance. If you would like to travel outside of the downtown area, there are plenty of Lyft, Uber and taxi cab options available to you.
When should I plan to arrive & depart?
We encourage our guests to make this trip both a business and pleasurable trip to Nashville! Please make sure to arrive in time to attend the Welcome Reception and allow yourself plenty of time for a hearty brunch following the CMA Awards Viewing Party.
What weather should I expect?
The weather in Nashville can fluctuate quite a bit so make sure to check the forecast before your arrival!
